Will Patriot Demolition pull all necessary permits required?
Yes. We are fully licensed, insured and we hold a bond in Metro Davidson County. We will obtain all necessary permits prior to any work being performed if a permit is required.
How long does it typically take to demolish a house?
We have specialized heavy equipment suited for demolition of structures. It typically takes one to two days to demolish a single family dwelling It could take up to three or four days if the structure is over 3000 square feet. This estimated time frame includes the removal and disposal of concrete foundation and footings, as well.
Is Patriot Demolition Services a certified SDVOSB?
Yes, our owner Mr. Todd Cone is a disabled veteran, who served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
What steps need to be taken before I can demolish my house?
Patriot Demolition will take care of the necessary permits, if required. The homeowner is responsible for having all of the utilities (electric, gas and water) retired prior to us arriving.
Is Patriot Demolition fully licensed?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured. We have a BC-31 demolition contractors license. Our TN License is #75372.
